Product Details - HARDCOATS (Aromatic Hybrid Polyurethane / Polyurea Coating System)
HARDCOATS (Aromatic Hybrid Polyurethane / Polyurea Coating System)
HARDCOATS (Aromatic Hybrid Polyurethane / Polyurea Coating System) - Hardcoats can be applied over expanded polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, timber and other suitable substrates. The combination of the applied coating's impact resistance and stiffness provides excellent plastic shell-like protection for EPS.
AUSPRAY MH752

AUSPRAY MH752 is a rapid curing, elastomeric, two component aromatic hybrid polyurea/polyurethane spray applied coating designed to be applied over expanded polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, timber and other suitable substrates. The combination of the applied coating's impact resistance and stiffness provides excellent plastic "shell-like" protection for expanded polystyrene foam and PU foam substrates. AUSPRAY MH752 has excellent physical properties, a SHORE D Hardness of 70-80, an Elongation of 40% and a Tear Strength of 450 ± 50 pli. The In-service temperature exposure range for AUSPRAY MH752 is from - 22°C to +120°C. The spraying characteristics of AUSPRAY MH752 allows fast application with excellent flow which allows the development of an even smooth finish over suitably prepared substrates.

PRODUCT FEATURES
  • Plastic "Shell-Like" Protection,   Excellent surface finish capability
  • Fast Cure , Low Shrinkage factor
  • Excellent Thermal Stability
  • Excellent Cold Temperature Impact
